Shipment Policy

Shipment and Delivery.

The Service can be used for purchase of products to be delivered within the territory of India only and  its solely depend on the available network of service partners  SIL and its delivery partners reserve the right to restrict delivery to specific locations or delivery facilities. The ordered products will be shipped to address provided by You at the time of placing of the Order. Please ensure that You inspect the package/shipment as soon as it is delivered. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packing, please take an open delivery or refused if its not in a good conditions and put a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. SIL retains the right to withhold refund/replacement of the damaged product if You fail to put a note about the nature of damage on the delivery receipt confirmation slip and it should be informed within 24 hours of delivery, maximum Delivery period will be 15 days post the dispatches of the products.
