These immunity boosting drinks will keep you healthy & happy

Novel coronavirus is now becoming a threat, and we need to get over it. The only way so far you can think in terms of protecting yourselves is by boosting your immunity. Nobody, but your own immunity can be a saviour. Doctors and health experts repeatedly are emphasizing on strengthening the immunity and taking precautions. The stronger your immunity, the lesser you’ll fall sick. So even if you are caught by any bacteria, with strong immunity, you’ll recover soon.   

It is our own responsibility to intake good and healthy food in order to stay fit and strong. In this article, we will suggest some real immunity-boosting health drinks that will keep your body fit & fine . 

Here are a few refreshing immunity boosting drinks: 

Rasam

Take a few tomatoes, and chop. Put chopped tomatoes, tamarind, curry leaves, and pour a few cups of water.
Once everything has boiled switch off the gas. Let the mixture cool down. Later, blend the mixture with Singer hand blender solo. Put the mixture in a pan and boil once again for some time. Crush cumin seeds, asafoetida, and mix in the mixture& let it boil. Add salt and switch off the gas.

Heat 3-5 tablespoon oil and add a few curry leaves, a bit of turmeric, dry red chili, mustard seeds. Once they start to roast, pour it into the mixture. Add coriander leaves. Have it hot.

Turmeric tea

Take freshly grated turmeric and boil in 4-5 cups of water for around 10-20 minutes in Singer ICW Sauce Pan. Pour the water into a mug and squeeze lemon with a spoon of honey. Have it warm. 

Chocolate drink

Add milk, 1 spoon of cocoa powder, turmeric, coconut oil, cinnamon in Singer Graphite non-stick cookware pan and bring it to a boil. Don’t forget to stir while the heating process, so that the material does not make a clot, make sure to mix entire ingredients completely.  Have the yummy hot chocolate drink. You may also add crushed almonds and cardamom while boiling the milk. 

Healthy juice

Add a handful of chopped spinach leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, apple, cucumber, black salt, a pinch of black pepper, and a squeezed lemon.
